Horticultural notes
Position: Bright, indirect light indoors, or a sheltered, shaded position outdoors in a warm climate. Keep away from harsh direct sun, cold draughts and frost.
Water: Water when the surface of the potting mix begins to dry. Aim for lightly moist roots, never soggy soil, and allow excess water to drain. Reduce watering in cooler weather.
Soil & feeding: Choose a well-draining potting mix and a pot with drainage holes. Feed lightly with a balanced fertiliser during active growth.
A little ongoing care: Remove fully browned fronds as needed and gently wipe dusty leaves. Keep away from drying heaters and air-conditioning outlets.
